We pursue parcels of raw land or redevelopment properties that require securing entitlements and all jurisdictional approvals. We obtain the needed approvals and either sell platted lots to builders, or develop the parcels ourselves.

Development Management

JEhome assists with the development management process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, obtaining necessary entitlements and selling ready to develop platted lots to builders. Currently, we act as the Denver area representative for a private equity and development company, Coronado West. We source and underwrite opportunities to entitle, and in some cases to develop, to sell to established homebuilders. 

Development Consulting

We offer a full range of consulting services to developers and builders. As an Owner’s Representative we consult and advise owners, working with their vendors and associates to achieve the best possible outcome for their real estate partners. 

Acquisition and Development Financing

JEhome works with Coronado West in providing land banking transactions to finance builders that are looking to acquire and build sizable communities. Our services include underwriting the transactions for the equity group and, upon closure  of the transaction, monitoring the progress of the builder and making recommendations as necessary.
